After 20 years working in the NHS I took the plunge and re-trained in complementary health. I did this after experiencing its positive effects on myself which made me realised that we are relying far to much on medication to treat minor ailments. Nature has been providing us with its healing properties and techniques for centuries and now is the time to except a helping hand from nature to help improve our health, well being & life style.

Hi guys. It is with heavy heart that I say that I have closed my massage treatment side of the business down, due to Osteoarthritis in my hands, feet and spine.
I will also be closing my holistic facials down as well, after I have run a money raising event. This will be to raise money for a Drive around the UK I am doing in September to raise money for the . Thank you all who have supported me over the years, I appreciate you all x
