☀️ This year, we are hosting a Summer Raffle to raise funds for extra-special activities, garden equipment, and memorable events for our residents.
Can You Help?
We are currently looking for donations of prizes for our raffle. Whether you are a local business, a family member, or a kind-hearted member of the community, any contribution would mean the world to us and our residents.
Ideas for donations include:
Gift vouchers (restaurants, cafes, shops, or spas)
Bottles of wine or prosecco
Boxes of chocolates or sweet treats
New luxury toiletry or pamper sets
Homeware, books, or brand-new gift items

🏆 There was so much joy and laughter in the air today as we hosted our annual Sports Day! It was truly a day to celebrate, and our residents absolutely loved every minute of the action.
It was wonderful to see everyone getting stuck in, cheering each other on, and showing such fantastic team spirit. From those taking part in the activities to those acting as our enthusiastic cheering squad, the energy was simply infectious! A huge thank you to our incredible staff ❤️Moments like these remind us how important it is to keep moving, stay connected, and, most importantly, have fun together! We are all still buzzing from the excitement—it’s safe to say that this year’s Sports Day was a gold-medal success! 🌟

Hi everyone! We are looking for a lively and engaging solo singer to perform for our wonderful residents at Glyn bargoed care home
• Date: Thursday, May 7th
• Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
