🚨 ANXIETY COURSE 🚨

We will be offering a 4-Week in-person course providing insights into anxiety from a Christian perspective.

Course explores topics including:
• What is anxiety?
• Who is vulnerable to anxiety?
• How anxiety affects us
• Skills to help overcome anxiety

The course will be delivered by Viola Bryson Counselling. Viola is a registered counsellor with a background in Nursing and Theology as well as plenty of life experience.

Dates: Tuesday 15th Sept / 22nd Sept / 29th Sept / 6th Oct

Time: 1:00pm-2:30pm

Venue: The Well, 1 Lough Yoan Road, Enniskillen

Cost: £20 per person
