A circle different to ours but a massively important, needed and impactful one.

Did you know -

• 76% of all su***des in the UK are men.

• Men are over 3 times more likely to die by su***de than women.

• Only 36% of referrals to NHS Talking Therapies are for men.

Places like Andys Man Club are literal lifelines to many men. We applaud every man that walks through their door to seek help and to those kind souls who volunteer and give the much needed support at these sessions.

Tonight we had 11 Men walk through our doors, all of them returnees. 🙏

We had some big shares from the lads but just as importantly, some big laughs.

Thank you so much to John Pattinson for an absolutely amazing evening. The feedback has already been overwhelming, with so many people commenting on just how evidential, uplifting, and enjoyable the night was.

A huge thank you as well to the 100 people who attended. It’s all of you, friends old and new, who make Trimdon Colliery Spiritualist Meeting such a positive talking point in the local area. Our success is down to your continued support, and we are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you.

Thanks to your attendance tonight, we were also able to donate £200 to The Martial Arts Centre to support their upcoming trip to the World Championships in the USA.
