My heart is so full of gratitude this morning!

Such a beautiful afternoon spent yesterday with some amazing women. All showing up ready to play and connect back into their inner child.

We played

We created and explored 🌸

We danced 💃

We listened 🐚🎶

We released

And we all left feeling lighter and full of joy! ✨️

Kealey serenitysoundtherapy and I love running these very special events and holding space for people to drop the mask and allow all their parts to come forward.

Why is it us Humans have a perpetual habit of taking beautiful spaces and filling them with noise, demands and people?!

This was the stunning beach at Paleokastritsa at 9am this morning. By 10am, every last inch of sand was occupied and it became a mass of bodies and boats!

Now I know that tourism is how the Greeks make their living and I am using it as an example as it reminded me that we do this in all aspects of our life.

Every moment of pause, silence and stillness

We fill

Whether it's filled with noise, clutter, busyness, thoughts, tasks and demands

Rarely do we just sit and preserve the space

Rarely do we sit in the silence and just stop!

The contrast of the beautiful, ancient land and sea sitting in their silence versus the people consuming the space they had created was something that felt incongruent.

And it was only because I slowed down and sat in stillness and silence that I felt the contrast.

How much do we miss in life because we hurtle throught it, filling every space we find?

Just think how enriched our lives would be if we slowed down and embodied space, stillness and silence! 🙏❤️

Can anyone else relate?

Another reminder of the contrasts and polarities of my AuDHD.

I am quite happy and content in my daily routines; working from home and pottering about the beautiful town in which I live and the stunning surrounding countryside. My ASD side living her best life!

Then I leave and I am reminded how stunning and vast the world is and how much of it I have yet to see!

That's when my ADHD takes over and starts planning a whole new life adventure with a wish list of an impossible number of places!! 😵‍💫🤣

Anyone else?! 🤷🏻‍♀️😘

Thank you to the wonderful and talented Hannah from Drops of Joy Mandalas 🎨🍃🪷 for this stunning commission. Hannah has been working on my bespoke mandala for weeks and every detail has been painted with love!

This beautiful creation is a gift to myself in my new home and she has found her place in my therapy space.

I hope all my clients enjoy looking at her as much as I do! 🥰

Summer is here and with the sunshine and warmer weather comes the opportunity to play!

When we play we transport ourselves back to childhood...a time of curiosity, exploration, imagination and so much fun!!

On 26th July I'm co facilitating a special retreat at the tranquil with the wonderful Kealey from Sound Therapy.

For 3.5 hours we will reconnect with our inner child to facilitate deep healing and stress release through different forms of play; creative art, sound, movement and dance!

We will also be exploring our relationship with play and dissolving any barriers or rules we have created as adults!

Tickets are priced at just £50 and this includes refreshments and a gift to take home.
