Well that’s a wrap….for the crystal shop anyway, I’m DEFINITELY not stopping giving reflexology treatments. Thank you so much to everyone who came to the shop today, it was just so lovely. Also, a huge thank you to whoever hung this on the door on their way out, it was a such a gorgeous surprise ❤️

If we get a warm sunny summer, I’m probably going to do a few pop up crystal stalls at the front of Marash House with Carlie from Carlie Elizabeth Therapies by my side giving Indian head massages. It will probably be quite last minute though so watch this space. I’ll post as soon as I have details.

It appears that I was being a bit premature putting the fluffy winter blankets away! They’re back and so are the heated eye masks ❤️

The cuddly fluffy blanket that you all enjoy sinking in to in winter has gone in to hibernation for the summer and has been replaced with a lovely cooling cotton sheet ❄️

Comedy has always been my ‘got to’ if I need a mood and vibration lift, so when my mum invited me to a comedy event in Chesham on Saturday I jumped at the chance.

There was a comedy quiz show involving the wonderful Ninia Benjamin, Arthur Smith and Tony Hadley followed by Tony performing ’Gold’ backed up by local choir, ‘Choir on the Green’ which my sister, Katie and my good friend, Clare are members of. It was such a brilliant afternoon and I’m particularly proud of my mum for asking Tony for a photo (photo in comments). He was just the loveliest man ❤️ Well done everyone.

Thank you so much for all of your support and messages over the last few days. I appreciate it so much ❤️

I might go back to offering reiki in the future, I think it’s a wonderful form of healing, but for now it’s just something that I need a break from practicing in order to prioritise my wellbeing.
