Are you living with, or caring for someone with, memory concerns? Join us today at Florence Court from 2.30pm.

Come and join us at our memory cafe in Trowbridge. We meet every second Tuesday of the month at Florence Court in Trowbridge. There'll be plenty of tea & coffee and we chose difference activities each month. Donations to support the cafe welcome.

No need to book, just turn up.

If you’re ready to take positive steps towards improving your health and happiness, join our 6-week Wellbeing Workshop. Designed for adults registered at Trowbridge Health Centre or Lovemead Group Practice, this friendly and supportive group will help you explore practical ways to build lasting healthy habits.

We’ll focus on the 5 pillars of wellbeing:
🌙 Sleep
🏃 Movement
💬 Emotional wellbeing
🍎 Healthy eating
🤝 Social connection

📆When: From Monday 5th October- Monday 9th November, from 2 – 3 pm
📍Where: Seymour Community Hub, 80 Charles Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8ND

Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, improve your mood, or simply make small, sustainable changes, this workshop offers a great place to start.
