This service is open to adults seeking counselling for any reason, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationships, trauma, identity, life changes, or simply needing space to talk things through.

Our counsellors are professionally trained, trauma-informed, and focused on offering a calm, respectful space where you can work at your own pace.
