We had so much fun at our Football Fun Exercise Class today with Torran from G Fitness!
Residents enjoyed goal-scoring games, ball skills and plenty of laughter. It was wonderful to see everyone active, engaged, and cheering each other on.
It supports reminiscing conversion with each other. Well done everyone! ⚽️🏆
