With temperatures rising, it's more important than ever to look after yourself. Here are some quick tips for a healthy, happy pregnancy during the heatwave:

💧 Drink plenty of water and cooling drinks.
🪟 Use curtains or blinds, fans, and AC if possible.
⛱️ Stay in the shade and wear loose-fitting, light-coloured clothing.
🛌 Put your feet up and use cold compresses.

⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
This gives you plenty of time to check in, complete any necessary paperwork, and settle in before your scan. Arriving a few minutes early helps us keep our clinic running smoothly and ensures we respect everyone's appointment time throughout the day.
