Sometimes the outer world doesn’t move.
The response doesn’t arrive, the door doesn’t open.
And it’s easy to think nothing is happening.

But the body knows otherwise.
Deep inside, something shifts: a tightening softens, an old holding cracks.
The ribs widen, almost imperceptibly, as if making space for a different kind of truth.

The spine remembers a shape it hasn’t taken in a long time.
And maybe the world waits for that.
For the moment when the inner space rearranges itself enough for the outer space to respond.

There are many of us here right now, in that in‑between place.
Where the body is already moving, even if the world hasn’t caught up yet.
A quiet, physical unfolding.
A slow opening from the inside out.

The past weeks have shown me how easily old patterns return: tension in the chest, looping thoughts, the instinct to hold everything together.
And yet, beneath all of this, something quieter has been unfolding: a remembering.

A remembering that the body knows how to heal.
That healing isn’t something we force.
It’s something we allow.

The Scorpio Full Moon works exactly here:
in the places where the nervous system has been holding on for too long,
in the stories stored in the spine,
in the breath we didn’t even realise we were keeping small.

Lately I’ve been noticing how even the simplest shift - a slightly longer exhale, a softening around the ribs - can change everything.
There’s a moment, right after the breath leaves the body, when the system seems to understand: I’m safe enough to let go now.
And in that tiny pause, something opens.
Something remembers.

This is also what drew me to Spinal Flow - and why I receive it regularly myself.
Not as a technique, not as a “fix”, but as a way back to the body’s own memory.
A way of softening instead of pushing.
Listening instead of performing.
It’s become one of the ways I return to myself.

You don’t have to become someone new.
You only have to remember who you already are.

It’s not motivation.
It’s not productivity.
It’s your inner world beginning to trust the ground beneath you again.
It’s your body saying, quietly and without urgency:
“I’m ready for a little more.”

This is the moment where you don’t need to push.
You don’t need to have a plan.
You just need to notice the small ways you’re beginning to return to yourself.
A drawer you finally open.
A softness that wasn’t there last week.

Let this be the week where you honour the quiet reorganising.
Let this be the week where you trust the tiny shifts.
Because this is how change really happens - not in leaps, but in gentle re‑alignment.
Not in breakthroughs, but in the slow, sacred gathering of yourself.

The mind often wants to rush this part - to plan, to “get back to normal.”
But the body has its own timing.
The body knows that before anything new can take shape, there must be a slowing.
A gentle unwinding of what came before.

It’s not procrastination.
This is the part where you feel tired for no clear reason.

What would the body say if it could speak?
“Finally.”

It’s not a conscious thought.
It’s a nervous system response.

The body feels things long before the mind does:
a new space
a new rhythm
a new structure
a new possibility
a new way of being

And without waiting for permission, it begins to:
slow down
breathe deeper
release tension
soften
settle

This is the first step of any real transition - the quiet moment when the body recognises that something is shifting, even if life still looks chaotic on the surface.

Many people feel this right now.
A collective exhale.
A sense of being “between worlds.”
A strange mixture of exhaustion and anticipation.

And yet, the pressure to stay productive often remains.
