My 2 hour Wellbeing Treatment remains in the top 2 most requested treatment.

If you are new to my page here is what this treatment includes:

A full body massage, followed by another treatment from a choice of one of the following:

Sensory Relaxation Therapy
Reflexology
Indian Head Massage
Reiki/Crystal Healing
Crystal Facial

How does that sound?

A chance to turn off your phone, or put it on silent. And just be here in my therapy space, with no one wanting anything, not having to rush anywhere. Not even having to talk unless you want to.

I have availability most days next week from Monday 24th August if you are feeling in need of quiet relaxation. Your shoulder blades and neck are tight and your lower back is aching.

From 30 minutes to 2 hours, take your space on my massage couch.

Introducing your children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces to wellbeing treatments can be so good for them.
There is no pressure for skin on skin massage, treatments can be carried out over their clothing if preferred.

From helping them navigate school from a young age to teenage years and exam pressure. Also if you know a child :

Who benefit from a calm, sensory-aware approach

I've welcomed many young children into my therapy room, some have been visiting for a while.

I often have mums coming in with their child so they have a treatment each 😊.
While one is having their treatment the other gets to chill in my comfy chair.

Choose from 30 minutes or 45 minutes for children's treatments.

This is great way to describe Reiki and how you might experience it.

If you are curious and have never had this treatment before , or have and you are feeling the call to have it again feel free to check my availability.

Whether you are physically exhausted, anxious and stressed I can adapt the treatment to where you are. As a Reiki practitioner I use different symbols depending on what you need on the day.

I have lots of crystals in my therapy space which can be combined with the Reiki if you feel the need as well.
