A morning stretch routine doesn’t have to be complicated or long. I think this took me 15 minutes. Anyone who has spoken to me in the last 8 weeks knows that I injured my hip quite badly on the 23rd Feb. I have made it my entire personality 😅. I found yoga pretty tough for a few weeks but I’m so relieved to be back stretching and strengthening regularly and can feel the improvements every time I take to my mat.

Snapping hip syndrome, sounds dramatic but is usually benign. If it’s painful, getting worse or making some movements difficult you should get it checked as there may be underlying causes that should be treated. Normal bodies do click and pop.

In the absence of other potential causes of your morning headaches (hangover, poor sleep, poor ventilation etc.) rebound headaches are caused by regular use of painkillers (paracetamol, ibuprofen etc). Advice to stop taking them is only for those who are using self prescribed, over the counter medications. If your doctor has prescribed them please talk to them first.

Random dog walk thoughts. Toilet seat paresthesia or dead leg is caused by sitting on the loo for too long causing pressure to the sciatic nerve, or nerves if you get it in both legs. It can be very uncomfortable and even cause weakness making it difficult to walk. It’s nearly always temporary and relieved by getting up and moving.
