Lime House Yoga Creating Community Through Yoga

11/08/2026

There comes a point where you stop worrying about what you look like and start noticing how you feel instead.

That’s a much more interesting place to practise from.

Practices like Qi Gong remind us that our bodies aren’t problems to be fixed or performances to be judged. They’re simply where we experience our lives.

Through slow movement, breath and awareness, Qi Gong invites us to soften, to listen, and perhaps to feel a little more at home in ourselves.

Qi Gong: Moving Meditation returns monthly in September. Everyone is welcome.

One of the quieter parts of practising here.

In the warmer months, you’re always welcome to take your time after class - wander through the gardens, sit for a while in the meditation circle, have a coffee, or simply enjoy the peace before heading back into the rest of your day.

No rush to leave, in summer or otherwise 🙏🏻

Two very different practices. One wonderful weekend.

August tends to be a slightly quieter month at Lime House. With holidays, camping trips and time spent outdoors, many of us settle into a different rhythm.

So rather than a month full of workshops, we’re inviting you to a weekend of practice.

On Saturday 22nd August, Lucy Aldridge returns for another of her ever-popular Iyengar Yoga Ropes Workshops. Whether you’re new to ropes or already love the support, space and insight they offer, Lucy’s workshops are always a fantastic opportunity to explore your practice from a different perspective.

Then on Sunday 23rd August, join Kitty Billings for a nourishing three-hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop, followed by a light supper. Expect an afternoon of slower practice, deep rest and good company - the perfect antidote to a busy summer.

Two workshops. Two very different approaches. One lovely weekend at the studio.

We’d love to welcome you.

Both filling up fast - book your places today 🙏🏻

And if your plans don’t line up with the timetable, our On Demand Library is always there when you’re ready, with individual classes available to rent for £5 for 14 days.

A final reminder before Dena and Jack arrive this weekend...

There are still a few drop-in spaces available for both of Sunday’s workshops with Dena Kingsberg & Jack Wiseman.

If you’ve ever wanted to practise with Dena and Jack but can’t commit to the full week, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience their teaching.

A quick note for our regular Mysore students too: our usual Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning Mysore classes won’t be running next week, as Dena and Jack will be teaching Mysore Monday–Friday as part of the immersion.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming them back to Lime House and hope to see many of you over the week.

Need a slower pace this weekend?

There are still a few spaces available in Saturday’s Aerial Restorative Workshop with Jessica at 11am

Using the support of the aerial hammock, you’ll be guided through a deeply restful practice of gentle stretches, supported postures and relaxation. It’s a chance to let your body soften, ease away tension and enjoy the unique feeling of being completely supported.

No aerial yoga experience is needed, just come as you are.

Saturday 11th July | 11:00am–12:30pm

£30 or 3 credits 🙏🏻

July is shaping up to be a special month at Lime House.

The highlight has to be welcoming Dena Kingsberg and Jack Wiseman back to Cornwall for a week of practice, study and reflection. From five mornings of Mysore to two thoughtfully held Sunday workshops, this is a rare opportunity to learn from teachers whose influence has shaped Ashtanga practitioners around the world. Whether you join us for a single workshop or immerse yourself in the whole week, we’d love to welcome you.

Alongside Dena and Jack, we also have:

🌿 FREE! Online meditation mornings - 6-10th ~ 6:30-7am daily
🌿 Aerial Restorative with Jessie - Saturday 11th
🌿 Dena Kingsberg & Jack Wiseman Week - 12-17th
🌿 Pop-Up! Qi Gong with Fiona - Sunday 26th

As always, we’re incredibly grateful to the teachers who share their time, knowledge and experience with our community. We hope you’ll be able to join us for something extra this month.

Don’t forget you can use your credits to book workshops and payment plans are available for Dena & Jack - contact us if you’re struggling - we aim to make yoga accessible to all and believe finance should never be a barrier. 🙏🏻
