What a fabulous afternoon we spent at Castle Farm lavender fields. The scent was heavenly and the rows of lavender were a feast for the eyes. We sat in the shade for our picnic of Prosecco and strawberry gateaux! As you can see, we just couldn’t stop taking pictures as it was an idyllic afternoon. Thank you to all the team at Castle Farm who were helpful and charming as always.

We had another really lovely day on the river! We needn’t have worried about the record breaking temperatures as a cool breeze passed through the cabin as we ventured along the Medway with a glass of Prosecco in hand. We even spotted the elusive kingfisher much to everyone’s delight.
