Practicing yoga regularly will tone and stretch the whole body, keep the spine and joints supple and healthy, increase range of movement, strength, core stability and posture. It will improve blood circulation, lower blood pressure, increase the flow of lymph which helps rid the body of toxins and strengthens immunity, detox and stimulate the internal organs such as the digestive system and endocrine system. Reduced cortisol levels and lower stress levels will help the body to repair itself. Yoga can alleviate anxiety and depression, improve sleep, self esteem, weight loss, increase energy levels and aid in positive thinking and mindfulness. The best part is: YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE!

Join us at The Yoga House for an uplifting evening of live mantra music, chanting and community connection. Held just before the June full moon, this is a powerful time to gather, raise energy, and open the heart through sound.

No singing experience needed

Kirtan is a traditional Bhakti Yoga practice where we chant simple mantras together in a call-and-response style. It’s deeply nourishing, joyful, and often leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. 🕉
