This isn't a book I've thrown together hoping it lands well. Every page comes from knowledge and experience I've spent years accumulating, in property, in planning, in fostering, and in my own family's life. That's not something I'm asking you to take on trust. It's been checked and vouched for by genuinely respected voices in their own fields, people with no reason to put their name to something that didn't hold up.
