After pregnancy, previous breast surgery and weight changes, this patient came to Bella Vou looking to restore her body shape and feel more comfortable in her own skin.

By removing her implants and reshaping her own natural breast tissue, Amir Nakhdjevani was able to create lighter, more youthful breast shape. At the same time, her circumferential tummy tuck, abdominal wall reconstruction and outer thigh lift improved the contour of her waist and hips.

What actually happens during a l***aplasty?

Using a simple Play-Doh model, demonstrates how the l***a minora can be reduced so they sit more neatly within the l***a majora.

Depending on the patient’s anatomy and desired outcome, this may be performed using a trim technique, where excess tissue is carefully removed along the edge, or a wedge technique, where a section of tissue is removed and the remaining edges are brought together.

Importantly, a standard l***aplasty is performed below the cl****is. The cl****al hood is a separate area and is not altered unless this has been specifically discussed and included in the surgical plan.

Every procedure should be tailored to the individual, with the technique chosen around their anatomy, symptoms and preferences.
