In less exciting news, I’ve had another no-show at the clinic today. Unfortunately, this is now happening far too often.
A missed appointment doesn’t just affect my business and income — it also prevents someone else from using that appointment time when they may be waiting for treatment.
With immediate effect, any appointment missed without notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee. No further appointments will be booked until this fee has been paid.
Appointment reminders are sent automatically 3 days before your appointment. If you can’t attend, it is your responsibility to let me know as soon as possible.
