From 24th–30th August, we’re opening up our studio and making every class just £5 for the whole week.

It’s the perfect chance to try something new, meet our teachers or simply make a little more time for yourself.

Across the week you’ll find Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Qi-Gong, Strength, Sound Healing and more on the timetable.

Whether it’s your first ever class or you’ve been meaning to come and see us for a while, come and give it a go.
