Residents had fun with another interactive social activity..The room lit up with smiles and laughters.. It was an heartwarming sight, everyone being so involved and motivated..💙

A stroll in the garden.🌿

The Residents had a lovely time picking fresh blackberries and enjoying the sun. Plenty of smiles to go around with a pinch of nature, and of course, the blackberries were washed and munched on with delight.🫐😍

Just a little creativity can change the day.

Residents were enjoying a lovely arts and crafts session with Kayleigh from Creative Minds

Many of the residents have established such a lovely relationship with Kayleigh, it is so nice to see them recognising her, enjoying her company and being encouraged to get involved.

Creative sessions like these are about much more than making something colourful. They give residents the chance to express themselves, keep their hands and minds active, enjoy a sense of achievement and simply spend some relaxed time together.

A big thank you to Kayleigh for bringing so much encouragement, patience and creativity to each visit.

Zoo Lab keeps life interesting
Animal therapy provides therapeutic, hands-on animal encounters and Zoo Lab is specifically designed for people with dementia. These sessions with snakes, lizards, and snails really do stimulate conversation, and improve communication.
