Clinical Pilates with Jo Clinical Pilates classes in a small group led by an experienced Physiotherapist and passionate Pilates teacher, Jo Hawkins. Online classes available over Zoom.

Classes are based at Twyford Health Club and Vibez Dance Studio in Woodley.
