It's one of the questions we're asked most often!
Our reception team aren't being nosey—they're helping you get the right care, from the right person, at the right time.

By asking a few simple questions, they can:
✔ Direct you to the most appropriate clinician.
✔ Help identify patients who may need urgent attention.
✔ Ensure appointments are used in the best possible way.

Everything you tell our team is treated with the same confidentiality as the rest of your medical information.
