Good Morning lovely people ☀️

I have 3 spaces coming up in my Tuesday morning class starting September 8th at 9.15am. Unusual spaces as people’s work commitments have changed.

Drop the kids and enjoy some time for you!! Or if it’s your day off start the day with energy to keep you going throughout the week 🙌

It’s an energising dynamic class but for all abilities. A little pic of me helping someone in a headstand but I promise that’s not what we do all the time (unless you want too 😜)
Get in touch for more details if you are interested. It’s a small class size so I can keep a good eye on everyone’s alignment but such a lovely group! Don’t miss out on one of these spots!!
