*** massage is booked based on the time you want. You can choose a number of styles including Swedish, deep tissue and remedial. Usually people opt for a variety of styles and is planed and delivered exactly as you want.

Theres a number of tools we can use throughout your session such as IASTM (scraping) and stretching to maximise results. These donโ€™t need to be booked and can be included, if needed, during your session at no extra cost.
