A Night at the Yew Tree Arms 🍻🎤

Down at the Yew Tree Arms, we enjoyed a good old get-together as we transformed our lounge into a pub for the night! 🍺

There was a fun-filled pub quiz, plenty of karaoke, lots of laughs, singing and, of course, plenty of good chatter. 🎶😂

A fantastic evening spent together, enjoying great company and creating some wonderful memories! ❤️

27.07.2026, we celebrated South Asian Heritage Month at Bay Tree Dementia Day Centre with residents at Moor Allerton Care Centre, with a wonderful day full of culture, learning, and delicious food.
We were warmly welcomed by Rachel, who shared a heartfelt message about the importance of celebrating South Asian Heritage Month and why this occasion means so much.
The celebrations continued with a fun South Asian quiz and trivia session, brilliantly led by Rachel's daughter, Sarah, who kept everyone engaged and smiling.
To finish the day, we enjoyed a delicious chickpea curry lovingly prepared by Shamim – a perfect ending to a fantastic celebration.
Everyone looked amazing in their traditional outfits, and it was wonderful to see everyone coming together to celebrate South Asian culture, heritage, and community. A memorable day enjoyed by all! 🌸✨
