What a fantastic afternoon we shared with our homeowners, their loved ones, and our wonderful team! ☀️

With the sun shining brightly, everyone kept cool by enjoying delicious homemade rum punches while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. Our talented Head Chef and kitchen team served up an incredible variety of freshly prepared Caribbean dishes, which were enjoyed by all.

The celebration was brought to life with the uplifting sounds of the steel drums, and before long there was plenty of dancing, laughter, and smiles all around. It was a truly memorable day filled with great food, fantastic entertainment, and wonderful company.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. Here's to many more celebrations together! 🌴🎶🍹

We’re delighted to share that Microbes & Minds Garden, the award-winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden designed by Tina Worboys for the Alzheimer's Society has found its permanent home at Santhem Residences Shenfield. 🏡

The garden achieved remarkable success at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show, receiving a Silver Medal and winning the coveted People’s Choice Award. It now provides a beautiful and thought-provoking outdoor space for homeowners, visitors and the wider community to enjoy.

The garden was officially unveiled at Santhem Residences, where homeowners and team members gathered to celebrate its arrival. The event included a speech from the designer, who shared the inspiration behind the design and its journey from Chelsea to Shenfield. 🍃

We are incredibly proud to be the permanent home of this special garden where it can be enjoyed for years to come.
