A little update for clients in Torbay. Thank you for being super patient during the time of my move to Nottinghamshire, it has taken a little while to get the diary sorted out which I know has affected some appointments, hopefully everything is a bit more organised now! 🙏🏻

Update: Fees have been at the same level since October 2024 but will now increase from 20th July.

For Clinical / Sports and Relaxation Massage:

60 minutes treatment £50
90 minutes treatment £65
120 minutes treatment £80

Pain? Pain is complex, beware of the person who talks about knowing 'the root cause' of your pain.

What pain isn't...it isn't only a sign or symptom of tissue damage, very rarely is it a case of working an isolated sore area to somehow make it better.

A variety of different factors are woven into our experience of pain. How much stress we feel, how much sleep we have, our dietary habits, exercise habits, how we think about pain, how we interpret risk around us, how confident we feel, our wider health circumstances and how we have experienced being cared for. These are all some of the factors that feed our experience pain.
