A big congratulations to Kirsten on completing her Care Pro Certification! 👏✨

Kirsten has also recently graduated with a Psychology degree from Northumbria University but she was inspired to enter the world of care when her grandma suffered a series of strokes and later developed dementia. She wanted to make a real, personal difference and she’s doing just that every single day.

For Kirsten, the absolute best part of the job is walking through the door and seeing her clients' faces light up. 💙

Kevin, our Training Officer, said: "It's been great to see how well Kirsten has been received by her clients. She's been very professional and empathetic from the start, and everyone who encounters her speaks very highly of her. Well done Kirsten!"
