Most of us spend hours hunched over a desk, a phone or a steering wheel and over time, that takes a real toll on how we move, how we feel and how we carry ourselves.
That's exactly why we're introducing Pilates for Posture, our small group Reformer class with Aydanne, now available every Thursday at 9.45am at Fix.
Using our reformer, tower and chair, this class works to:

All levels welcome whether you're completely new to Pilates or returning after a break. And every new student begins with a FREE 45 min 1:1 with Aydanne before joining the group π
