Consistency isn’t about doing more — it’s about quitting less.

We often think progress comes from pushing harder, adding more, squeezing extra into an already full life.

But the real magic?
It’s in showing up again… and again… and again.

It’s choosing not to quit on the days you’re tired.
Not to quit when “you’re having one of those weeks”
Not to quit when life gets busy — because it will.

Do the workout you can.
Take the small step instead of no step.

You don’t need to do more.
You just need to keep going.

Whatever you do, don’t “start again on Monday.”
