The family of the late Leanne Graham would like to thank all family and friends who attended the service at Cupar Cemetry to pay their last respects to Leanne and for all the love and support during this difficult time. A special thank you to Susie Ritchie for the lovely fitting service and also to Steven Stewart Funeral Directors for all their help and care. Thank you to all who contributed to the collection, £120 was raised for Chest Heart and Stroke Foundation.

The family of the late Pat Smith would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy during their recent sad loss. Grateful thanks to staff at Perth Royal Infirmary, for their care and attention to Pat. To staff at Steven Stewart Funeral Directors for their help and guidance. Special thanks to all who contributed to the collection and kindly donated the sum of £360 to Cornhill Hospice, Perth. Finally, to all who attended Perth Crematorium to pay their last respects to Pat it was greatly appreciated.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We are truly grateful for all the messages, cards, calls, emails and beautiful flowers. Every kind word and thoughtful gesture has meant so much to us during this difficult time.

A special thank you to all of Colin’s former pupils who took the time to share their memories and condolences. It has been incredibly comforting to hear such lovely stories and to know the lasting impact Colin had on so many of his pupils over the years.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to Elspeth Smith for a beautiful service — a truly fitting and perfect tribute to Colin.

Thank you, too, to everyone who attended Colin’s funeral, travelling from both near and far. We are very grateful for your support. £1,200 was collected for Tarvit Ward at Adamson Hospital, Cupar, and Cancer Research UK.

Finally, our sincere thanks go to Rhys Small and everyone at Steven Stewart Funeral Directors for their professionalism, compassion and guidance.

Thank you all for your kindness, support and for helping us to remember Colin with such warmth and love.

The family of the late Charles Entwistle would like to thank all friends and family for their love and support.
Sincere thanks to celebrant Michael Hannah for a beautiful service, it was perfect.

The family of the late Colin Johnston have asked us to share the following;

Johnston
Peacefully, with his children by his side, after a long illness faced with dignity and courage, at Adamson Hospital, Cupar, on Sunday, August 9th, 2026. Colin, aged 79, much-loved dad of Calum and Nicole, treasured grandad of Rudy, Josephine and Raphaël, a dear brother to Janice, also an admired uncle, father-in-law and great friend to many.

Colin was a much-respected art teacher at Bell Baxter High School, where he inspired and encouraged generations of pupils with his passion for art.

Funeral service on Thursday, August 20th, in Brewsterwells Crematorium, Largoward, at 10am to which all friends and family are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if so desired, may be made at the crematorium doors for Tarvit Ward, Adamson Hospital, Cupar, and Cancer Research UK.

It is with heavy heart that Dave and family announce the passing of Pat Smith, who passed away peacefully, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on Thursday 6th August 2026, due to a short illness. Much loved by all the family.
Funeral service to be held at Perth Crematorium, on Tuesday 25th August at 1.30pm, to which all family and friends are warmly invited. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired can be made to Cornhill Hospice, on retiral at the crematorium. A touch of purple and non-formal wear may be worn at the family’s request.

Peacefully, at Adamson Hospital, Cupar, on Monday 3rd August 2026, after a long illness, fought with dignity. Nick Opdahl(of Glenrothes, formerly Ladybank) aged 72 years. A much loved dad, brother, uncle and friend to many. Sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at Brewsterwells Crematorium, Largoward, KY9 1JF, on Friday 21st August at 11.30am, to which all family and friends are warmly invited. The family of the late Carol Bushby have asked if we can post the following:

BUSHBY
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Bushby who was tragically taken from us on Wednesday 29th July 2026. A devoted wife to the late Les and much-loved mum to Sarah and partner Kenny, sister to Douglas and Kevin and a great friend to so many. Carol’s kindness, strength and unconditional love for her family and those closest to her touched so many lives. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and remembered with great affection by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Carol’s life will be held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Tuesday 18th August at 11am to which family and friends are warmly invited to join us as we come together to celebrate Carol’s life, share treasured memories, and say our final goodbyes. Family flowers only please.
