I teach at venues around Sheffield almost every day, make on demand online sessions, and teach live online classes via Zoom. Online class timetable:

Mondays 20:00-21:00 Cycle Endurance 60 mins

Tuesdays 17:15-18:00 Cycle Express 45 mins

Wednesdays 11:00-12:00 Cycle Mix 60 mins

Thursdays 18:00-19:00 Cycle Endurance 60 mins

Thursdays 19:15-20:00 FUNc 45 mins

Fridays 12:00-12:45 Cycle Express 45 mins

Saturdays 12:00-13:00 Cycle Mix 60 mins

Sundays 18:00-19:00 Cycle Mix 60 mins

Sundays 19:15-20:00 FUNc 45 mins

There are now 20 full classes live on COG Cardio!
The most recent addition is a brand new remaster and recording of the popular Ride 28.
As always you can download the smart trainer files if you need them, for free, from my 'Ride Profiles' section, and subscribe to unlimited video access for just £12/mo. If you'd prefer a taster you can still grab a day pass for £5 too.

I've been meaning to put together a trailer of sorts so I'll work on that before the upcoming FUNc 4!

Currently live:

New Cycling recordings:
Special Stage 1 (new class), Ride 25, Ride 28, Ride 41

Old Cycling Recordings:
Rides; 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 27, 30, 31, 34, 35, 37, 39, 40

FUNc Classes (Brand new, functional training class using dumbbells):
FUNc 1, 2, 3
