Excited to share mine and Alix's next colaboration at Elmslie House for our Autumn Afternoon Retreat - 3 hours of blissful slow down, rest and re-set as we start to move into the slower , more mellow energy of September and the Autumn Equinox 🍂🍁🍎

If you have been feeling frazzled by the heat and the busyness of Summer and the school holidays.......here is the perfect opotunity to settle back into a more slower paced Autumn vibe 🙏

Come join us in the inviting , elegant space of Elmslie House for anafternoon of gentle breathwork, guided meditation and Sound Healing. Time to reflect and journal on what has come to fruition over the year since the Spring ....and what we are still hoping to bring to ripeness moving into the darker months of retreat and rest.

Such a pleasure to be back Bransford Community Farm last night ! 🌻🌞💚

We had to go under the cover of the barn but still enjoyed the sounds of the birds and wind through the trees 🌳

Plenty of time after the soothing sound bath for quiet time by the lake , wandering the sunflower field or connecting over delicious cake and a cuppa ☕🍰

Thank you Kathy , Farmer Phil and the gang for creating such a delightful place to work ! 💞

I felt very honoured to introduce the magic of Sound Bathing to almost half of the groups first timers ! I hope you all had a wonderful experience and have a deeply restful sleep afterwards 🥰

Lulu Johns and myself have a few spaces left for Monday's 2 hour restorative Yoga and Sound Bath at Longford Village Hall - this will be our last one until October 💚

Lulu is an authentic and wise teacher of restorative Yoga and we work with the luna cycle and astrological energy of each session, helping facilitate release, rest and expansion supported by the flow of the Universal cycles.

Angie brings the support of specific healing frequencies, sounds and vibration to help deepen and integrate the Yoga movement and poses. Suitable for both beginners and experienced Yogis alike with straps and blocks provided.

After an hour of restorative Yoga lie back and enjoy at least 45 minutes of just floating on the Gongs and Crystal Bowls , followed by soft grounding instruments to gently bring you back from your slumber.

Bring your own mat , cushion and blanket for the extended Savasana and Sound Bath after you have worked with Lulu ❤
