Don’t waste what you have.
Look after your health.
You are SO loved.

Don’t live your life by other people’s standards.
Get outside. Eat good food. Read books. Listen to music. Enjoy the arts.

People aren’t thinking about you nearly as much as you think they are, so go and LIVE your life. 😂

And when things feel awful… remember, things will blow over. This feeling won’t last forever.

And one of my faves…

Learn to laugh at yourself. 😂 This, has made life far less stressful overtime.
