Just a little reminder that we’re back to our booking system for September for Wednesday evening Pilates.

📍 St Mary’s Church Hall
🕢 Wednesdays at 7:30pm

💛 £8 per class
💛 £70 for a 10-class loyalty card

Spaces are limited, so please remember to book your place each week. If you book and then can’t make it, please cancel your space so somebody else can have it 😊

🧘‍♀️ Pilates is for everyone! 🧘‍♀️

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, my classes are suitable for all levels. Every exercise can be adapted, allowing you to work at a pace and level that feels right for you.

Pilates can help to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, posture and mobility, while giving you time to slow down and focus on yourself.

My weekly classes are:

💙 Tuesdays at 9:30am
Hartford Community Centre, Urmston

💙 Wednesdays at 7:30pm
St Mary’s Church Hall, Vicarage Road, Davyhulme

Classes are friendly, relaxed and welcoming—so please don’t worry if you’ve never tried Pilates before!

Classes are £8, or £70 for a 10-class loyalty card.

Hi 😊 everyone at Pilates

Just a reminder that Pilates at St Mary’s is on as normal tonight at 7.30pm.

Sorry again that we had to cancel last week’s class.

We know it’s going to be a warm one, but don’t worry – we’ll have the fans on to help keep everyone as cool as possible! 🌬️

And for those wanting to watch the football, you’ll be home before half-time! ⚽

🌟 Urmston Pilates Update 🌟

Just a reminder that there will be no Pilates class at St Mary’s tomorrow evening (Wednesday) at 7:30pm as I’m unavailable this week.

We’ll be back the following Wednesday at 7:30pm and I’d love to see you there! 😊

Classes are £8 pay as you go, or you can purchase a 10-class loyalty card for £70. Cash on the door is welcome.
