I have worked within spiritualism for many years helping people to move forward walking within the light, the new buzz concept “ Destiny Swapping “ . This for me is a concept I don’t believe in , it’s more of fear mongering allowing individuals to believe their destiny can be swapped . The psychological impact can be overwhelming & impact on someone’s mental health .

When our soul is ready to  be incarcerated we have signed soul contracts with The Lords of Karma ,  regarding the life path  we have chosen, the purpose of this is soul growth,  learning from that experience, the end goal, After many lives we can take the honour of becoming  Spiritual Guides within the spiritual realms . 

I see individuals stop trying ,  give up, “I’m doomed because my destiny’s been exchanged , “I’m done” . The point to remember is that we chose our life before we are reincarnated . In life there’s good bits & bad bits , when it is bad we have to take the lesson from that  experience, embracing  soul growth, learn to feel upliftment .

Just because life gets hard which it will and it does, it’s part of your soul contract, sit tight and wait for the sun to start shining again , trust me it will .

Most see the world through a program system and view people like a commodity 
And lose sight of the individual needs . 
I’m sure you are all aware of the fires  in the UK & other countries  & the train crash down south , our hearts should go out to all involve, firefighters in my mind go underrated & their  heroic determination’s , to save life’s wild life & loved pets is a true example of altruistic behaviour . 
Empathy isn’t feeling guilty. Empathy is having the ability to understand & share feelings of others allowing them to heal , we should never underestimate the power behind kind words. 
Within our life time we all take a turn many artist have released the song 
Turn Turn  which was originally written & recorded by Pete Seeger in 1959 . 
The lyrics are taken from the book of Ecclesiastes, as found in the King James Version of the Bible .
I have worked as a spiritual coach for many years now , people’s lives are very similar regardless of  who they are. I always see the lesson the universe is teaching them . 
To practice empathy in my book is a must more so over the recent events
