We operate locally from our Uttoxeter "Cambridge Cabin" which is fully stocked and registered with the food standards agency and is also equipped with a Tanita medical body scanner. From here we can provide weekly, fortnightly or monthly face to face weigh-in’s, or for your convenience we also offer local collection and local deliveries in person, plus courier deliveries right across the UK. All o

f our services are backed with our full personal one-to-one support and motivational messaging. We also have our unique "one2you" support app that allows you to track your weight loss journey, chart all your losses, engage in digital challenges and also place your orders online. Since 2012 we have helped 1000’s of slimmers through their weight loss journey. This has made us experts in almost every aspect of weight loss. So no matter wether you want to quickly lose a stone before your holiday, constantly lose weight during menopause, rapidly loose weight to help with fertility or cautiously lose weight to help stabilise your bloods for diabetes then we are the consultants for you. For us, being a consultant isn't just about supplying product; it's about supporting, motivating and educating you to ensure you not only achieve but also maintain your desired goal weight. We have the right support and motivation for your particular needs and can help you achieve the results you want, every step of the way. The day after the night before 🎤🪩💋 and I’m feeling it a little today after the Tsang girls whirlwind trip 🚙 to Wembley Stadium

So today has been mainly spent relaxing, hydrating and of course reliving how amazing Harry Styles and Shania Twain were last night.

Portion IQ was originally developed by The 1:1 Diet for slimmers who are using a form a medication it can be used by all 😃and is just what I needed today 💦

Well that’s our The 1:1 Diet 4 Week Force the Change challenge completed and we couldn’t be prouder of every single slimmer that took part.
