To all my beautiful followers 🤍

As I mark six weeks since opening my treatment room here in Uttoxeter, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to this wonderful community.

The warmth and welcome I have received from the people has been truly overwhelming, and I am so deeply thankful to every one of you who has stepped through my door or supported me along the way so far.

As someone who is still navigating my own breast cancer journey and currently undergoing treatment, I know firsthand just how exhausting and overwhelming life can feel. That lived experience is the very heart of my practice, and it allows me to meet my clients with true empathy. However, please note I don’t work everyday as massaging is very physical job.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & and every other Saturday are my days.

I am profoundly passionate about supporting current cancer patients, as well as those living with other long-term health challenges, through tailored protocols including oncology, fibromyalgia, lymphatic drainage, bamboo massage and hot stones massage. I also offer holistic organic facials.
I work with how your body feels when you arrive to my treatment room.

Above all else, my ultimate wish for every person who lies on my couch is to offer a sanctuary away from the noise of the world.
Finding a regular hour of complete stillness allows the body to restore, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to settle.

It would be my absolute privilege to welcome you and help you find that peaceful space for yourself.

A little about me… 😊

Throughout a life that has often tested me with immense challenges, being out in nature has always been my steadfast sanctuary.

I spent nineteen years married, living in constant anxiety and fear, when I finally left, the relief was profound.

My path has also brought significant health trials, being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at thirty-four, and later facing two completely different breast cancers at forty-nine. Like us all, life has thrown me a few curved balls.

Through every single one of these chapters, being outdoors and connecting with the stillness of the earth has been vital to my healing, helping to calm my nervous system and lower cortisol levels.

Walking is a true release for the mind, a space where the noise of the world softens and a deep sense of peace takes over. For me any way.

Sharing a few moments from my last few walks, which served as a beautiful reminder of how essential it is for all of us to pause and reconnect with the ground beneath our feet.

Finding that inner stillness is something I speak about constantly through Bluberri, because I know firsthand how transformative it is.

Moving forward, I have decided to start using this space to openly share my journey over the last thirty years.

✨ I am sharing my story in the hope that it resonates with someone and helps them believe that no matter how overwhelming or hopeless a situation feels right now, you possess the strength to find your way through it and heal.

✨ When life brings your deepest passions beautifully together… 🌿🐴🤍

Ever since I was a child, I have held a deep, soulful love for horses. There is an incredible, quiet wisdom in their presence, and a powerful spirituality in how they connect with us if we simply stop and listen.

So, it is with the most grateful heart that I share some very special news.

Next week, I have been asked by the April of W I L D & W I L D and Rei:Kay to join them at their Horse Connection Reiki Event!

We will be spending the day on the beautiful farm of the Charlotte Bailey where we Charlotte Bailey by and working around her incredible herd of 18 horses.

To be on the land and in the presence of these magnificent, intuitive animals is going to be a truly sacred experience.

I feel incredibly privileged and excited to be a part of this day. I will be offering gentle lymphatic drainage massages in this beautiful space, blending the healing touch of Bluberri with the natural, calming energy of the horses and the power of Reiki and sound.
