We’re three weeks into the Summer holidays if you’ve got kids at home like me.

It can sometimes feel like a time when routines go out of the window.
Between holidays, meals out, BBQs and busy weekends, it can feel harder to stay focused.

A few things that really help me are:

Planning ahead where I can.
Keeping my meals easy.
Enjoying occasions without guilt and the biggest tip from me is to remember that one meal never ruins progress if you stay on track in between.

Healthy habits aren't about being perfect, they're about finding something that works in real life 🙌.

They will get to come to group weekly, get weighed, grab a cuppa, get oodles of support and encouragement become one of our family (because we most certainly are ❤️) and they get to do this for FREE!!!
