Portugal Retreat 2026. My first retreat and it was perfect in every single way 🥰

Thank you to the women who entrusted me and shared in this special experience - I am grateful beyond words 🩷
We swam, we walked, we laughed, we danced. We bonded, we cried, we listened.

Thank you for the laughter, the hugs, the sweat and the tears. Thank you for the beautiful heartfelt conversations and moments of deep connection. This is sisterhood. This is belonging. This is women holding each other up. This is community. Each one of you is living embodiment of love and the meaning of our yoga practice. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making this the most unbelievable experience!

I'm still pinching myself and still needing time to process it all, but I am full of love and gratitude and deep contentment 🩷

One of my yogis can no longer attend the retreat I'm running from 4 - 9 Sept so I'm offering her space for a reduced rate.

That's £650 for:
💥 5 nights accommodation
💥 All meals paid for
💥 Twice daily yoga
