During Carers Week, we recognise and celebrate the incredible contribution of unpaid carers who provide support, compassion, and care to family members, friends, and loved ones every day.

It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

Caring for others can be both rewarding and challenging, and it's important to acknowledge the impact this can have on our mental health and wellbeing.

🌊🌊🌊 Availability for counselling sessions 🌊🌊🌊

I currently have a range of time slots available for one to one counselling sessions at Wadebridge Osteopaths on Mondays and Fridays.

I offer a warm and supportive atmosphere using the person-centred approach to therapy. My work is guided by each person's individual needs and I have experience with a wide range of issues from the day-to-day struggles we may face with anxiety or stress, to more deep psychological and mental health issues (e.g. depression, PTSD).
