The Virgo New Moon on September 11th, can help us tap into our infinite potential! We all have more possibilities to explore, so let’s stay open and challenge any feelings of being stuck. It’s a time for setting intentions or making New Moon wishes. 🧚
At this time, we may be able to more easily find energy to digest and integrate the changes and upheavals that have taken place since April of this year.
The new beginnings offered by this New Moon allow us to formulate some goals regarding “all things Virgo.” We’d do well to concentrate on new ways to get our day-to-day life organised. We might think about the keywords for this particular and earthy sign — such things as analytical, intelligent, reserved, critical, helpful, conscientious — and consider ways to enhance, develop, or incorporate these traits into our personalities.💚
We may feel more ready to make something special of our work, routines or tasks. It’s a powerful opportunity to transform our jobs, health, self-care routines and habits. We’re encouraged to make improvements. It’s a spontaneous, creative, forward-looking time. There can be some roadblocks to manage, largely related to responsibilities to others or to our mental health, but it’s time for a determined fresh start as we move into Autumn 🍂.
In Ayurveda, balancing Vata (air element) during the Autumn transition is achieved through warm, cooked foods, nourishing oils, and structured daily routines that ground the body's erratic energy and counter seasonal dryness.
To care for our digestive systems, we naturally shift to warm, cooked meals and healthy fats that lubricate the intestinal tract. To protect our eyes and ears from the chilly winds we can staying hydrated, maintain consistent daily routines, and use physical barriers like hats or sunglasses.
We can adapt our physical yoga practice to ground excess Vata energy, or anxiety, by consciously slowing down our movements, holding postures for longer breaths, and extending our final Savasana relaxation.💚🙏🧡🙏💜
