Gaiya Holistic Therapies Hello, I thought I would share a little about myself. I’ll try to keep it short, but can’t promise anything. I can now treat Primary & Secondary Lymphoedema.

Offering Reflexology, Massage, Reiki, MLD-Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Lymphoedema & Post Surgery. I worked for many years in the care industry helping young individuals with special needs gain the life skills needed to prepare them for adult life. I

started as an Independence tutor & then became a Deputy Registered Manager. As my family commitments changed I felt my life needed to take a different direction, that feeling led me to retrain as a Complementary Therapist. I have, in the past suffered with depression & anxiety I understand all to well how difficult it can be, especially when there is no reason or explanation. I have found my treatments & the journey they have taken me on have helped me so much. My hope is that with the skills I have learnt, along with my life experiences, I can help & support others. I practice Reiki, Reflexology, Swedish, Indian Head, Remedial, Aromatherapy & Pregnancy Massage. Seeing first hand the effect cancer & cancer treatment has on a person both physically & mentally I decided to training in Clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage to help suffers of secondary Lymphodema, & then Oncology Massage. I studied Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the German Földi College. I am a member of MLDUK & The Association of Reflexologists. Thank you for taking the time to reading this, take care, Clare x x

A lot of pain & problems you feel in your body may just be coming from the shoes you are wearing. As well as the way you are sitting & moving!
Just check in with yourself & see if there’s a pattern. It all starts from your foundations & movement patterns. If your spine is out of balance the messages to your organs can easily be affected!

If the birth is traumatic and very stressful the natural release of the placenta may not be possible a your love hormone oxytocin is key in this process. Nature always knows best and has covered everything 😊❤️❤️❤️
