Short Notice Rescheduling Appointments or Cancellations.

As many of you know, I work hard to be as flexible and accommodating as possible when clients need to rearrange appointments.
However, frequent last-minute appointment changes can have a significant impact on my working day and often create a lot of additional administration outside of working hours.
When one appointment is moved, it can affect the rest of the day's schedule and often involves a considerable amount of diary management and messaging.
To help me maintain a healthy work-life balance and continue providing the best service possible, I'd be really grateful if appointment changes could be kept to a minimum wherever possible.

“Deep tissue” doesn’t mean aggressive pressure. More pressure doesn’t automatically equal better massage.
Real deep tissue work is slow, methodical and specific. It’s about easing through the superficial layers to access deeper dysfunctional tissue — not forcing through it. Deep tissue done well is slow, skilled and intentional. It works with the body, not against it.
When the body feels attacked, the nervous system guards and tightens. That’s when massage becomes a battle between therapist and muscle.
The best deep tissue work often feels controlled, intentional and surprisingly tolerable.
After 15 years in this industry, I’ve learnt that effective treatment isn’t about working harder — it’s about working smarter. 💆🏻‍♀️
