We have seen an increase in DNAs (did not attend) for HCA and Nurse appointments through June. Our nursing and HCA team see a wide variety including annual reviews for Long Term Conditions, wound care, smears, injections, vaccinations, BP checks plus others.

Please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you are unable to attend an appointment and we can then offer this to another patient.
