WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

It’s an acoustic sound healing journey using various instruments including sound bowls that allows the listener to enter a meditative state and to feel calm, relaxed, grounded, and focused. You might feel different mental, emotional, and physical sensations throughout the session. It could be like floating on a cloud, feeling peaceful, happy, energized, or relaxed.

Sound healing traces its roots back to ancient civilizations such as Greece, Egypt, and India. These societies believed in the transformative healing power of sound and used methods such as singing bowls, chanting, and tuning forks to promote a harmonious environment for the body to heal itself.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING 💫

Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. The goal here is to relax. We have pillows and blankets for use, but if you prefer to feel bring your own or anything you need to help you relax that’s absolutely fine.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION⭐️⭐️⭐️

Over the next week or so there will be work carried out throughout the Angelic building and neighbouring businesses which belong to our landlord.

The work is essential to adhere to changes in fire regulations. I’ve negotiated work being carried out when Angelic is closed but there may be work carried out within the same building with our neighbouring businesses, which could potentially mean intermittent noise. I’m so sorry if any of your treatments are disturbed. It’s very much in the short term.

Also due to the changes there will be areas throughout the salon which may need repainting. I hope to get this sorted as soon as I can. Doors have and are being altered resulting in a heavier, automatic close too and a different locking system.

Hopefully this disturbance will be minimal and not interfere with your relaxation.

Please by all means get in contact if you wish to alter your appointments or discuss matters further.

Happy 1st of August and a Happy Yorkshire Day!⭐️

Yorkshire is my home and my favourite place in the whole world.❤️

August is the month of the sunflower, summer, birthday month for Leo’s then Virgos at the end. The peridot and gold are associated with August. 🌅🦁♍️🌻
