🌅How did you spend the eclipse ?

🧘This is how we spent ours !With the amazing Claire D . Claire specialises in Vinyasa Yoga. Having never done this before , I can now say what a lovely experience. Feeling relaxed & stretched with gentle beneficial exercise . What a peaceful way to enjoy the eclipse ,as the skies darkened,in quiet & feeling at ease . Thank you Claire , you are amazing 😁💕😇

🎼After enjoying our yoga , we moved onto a sound bath .We were already relaxed & slipped easily into the comfort of the sound bath . Playing singing bowls,koshi chimes & drifting away to the beat of the drum. What a lovely way to spend our evening & finish off a yoga session!! Thank you Claire for inviting me to host this for yourself & your lovely yoga class! 😁😇💕

💕Just bring yourselves in your comfy clothes .

When you first arrive into the newly refurbished hall , you are met with the calming scents of Palo Santo, incense or essential oils. The first signal your body & mind takes to relax .

You go through into the main hall, the ambience of the candles flickering , the golden aura lights, the stars & moon on the ceiling .Your bed awaits you. You choose where to enjoy your sound bath from. You get comfortable with the bed,eye mask,cushion,blanket & knee cushion provided . Having chance to settle in whilst listening to the soft healing frequency music playing in the back ground , inviting you to allow yourself to let go ,relax & prepare to enjoy your sound bath .

When ready, we start a guided breathing to open the path way from fight or flight , into rest & digest.
Allowing yourself to sink into your bed, to absorb the vibrations, the frequencies of the drum,the singing bowls , the koshi chimes ,among other instruments ready to be heard .

You slowly drift away, maybe into a peace you haven’t felt for a long time, maybe into a place you’ve never known ,maybe somewhere that helps your body & mind feel the most at ease.

This feeling doesn’t end after this hour. You feel lighter,lifted,calm for hours & even days after you have enjoyed this peaceful setting & sound bath.

The Lion’s gate portal is a spiritual event that opened on 28th July & closes on the 12th August .

8th AUGUST is when the power is at its strongest .

It is a powerful time for reflection,to manifest, ignite inner transformations ,personal growth and set new intentions.

It is associated with

🦁Leo season,which symbolises courage,confidence & heart centred living.

🌟Sirius which is the Dog Star & has been an important in ancient traditions ,particularly ancient Egypt .

Sends shivers down my spine !!

I love how this settles down ,with just a few of the chimes gently touching & sending their angelic voice out to the room 😁😇

Our PAYF sound baths have the same care & thought put into every instrument played . The difference is , you just bring your own mat/blanket to lay on, eye mask if required , pillow/cushion & blanket/throw,water if needed.

🌟THE BAR CHIMES 🌟

In the words of one of my beautiful guests words “ this sounds like an angel is around “
I agree ! & what an absolutely ace way to put it !!! 😇

It’s the sound you imagine magic sounds like !! & sounds just that ,when softly brought into the sound bath alongside the singing bowls , letting the bowls softly die down while I walk round the room with the chimes . Randomly,yet fitting perfectly together , from high to lower notes the chimes magically do their thing .

They can be played with stick/wand too ,but I prefer to gently “wiggle” the frame & wait & enjoy whatever sound dance they decide to do ☺️😁

Another very much used instrument in my collection 😁

🌟Do you know, here at Donna Green Art & Therapies, you get to choose an oracle card & it’s yours to keep at every session ?😁 wether that be a sound bath, a reiki massage , a bars access therapy session or anything other treatment ?

🌟We just like to treat people ,make them happy & like to add free extra little tokens as a thank you for choosing us .

🌟At our sound baths we also do an oracle card pick of the day & leave it out for you to read the meaning & see if it resonates with you .

🌟 We don’t rush you out😁 you can have some water read the card pick of the day , then have a shuffle of the take home oracle cards & pick the card at your leisure .

🌟We use a different pack of cards for every session , both the take home oracle cards & the card of the day 😁 (have you even seen how many packs of oracle cards I have 🙈😂that’s not even them all 😂😬)So if you are a returning guest , you won’t be bored with the same packs each time !😁💕😇

🌟🌟🌟Our FIRST SUNDAY of each month ,are spent like this 😌 Relaxing, feeling the vibrations & frequencies of the beautiful of instruments ,whilst cocooned ,wrapped up in our HAMMOCK SOUND BATH .There really is nothing quite like it 🌟🌟🌟
