We know that movement looks different after becoming a mum.. the sleepless nights, early mornings, the juggling. Some days you’ll feel motivated and others you won’t and that is all OKAY!
At MummyFIT, our sessions are designed for mummies to bring your little ones along, move your body with the support of our instructors and take 45 minutes to do something for yourself.
This season of life is different. Your workouts don’t need to look the same as they did before. But carving out time for yourself is SO important 💚
You don’t need perfect conditions, you just need a space that supports you.
