Are you experiencing uncomfortable or ongoing symptoms and wondering if a food intolerance could be the cause?

I offer non-invasive food intolerance testing with immediate results. The test is completely pain-free and takes approximately 1.5 hours. Over 100 items are assessed, including common foods such as wheat, dairy and sugar, a wide range of fruits and vegetables, E numbers, environmental factors, and potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

You will receive a personalised record of your results, along with clear guidance on how to temporarily eliminate foods that may be causing issues, suitable alternatives to enjoy, and advice on how and when to safely reintroduce foods once your body is ready.
Food intolerances can develop at any stage of life and may be triggered by stress, major life changes (such as redundancy or bereavement), illness, medication, diets high in sugar or processed foods, or an imbalanced gut. The goal of testing is to remove toxins, restore healthy gut bacteria, and ultimately help your body tolerate previously problematic foods again.
I test both adults and children (excluding babies), and family discounts are available.

Are you suffering from unpleasant symptoms? Could a food intolerance be responsible for it?

I carry out non-invasive food intolerance tests which provide immediate results. They are pain free and take around 1.5 hours. I test over 100 samples including foods such as wheat, dairy, sugar, various fruits and vegetables, E numbers, environmental factors and vitamin and mineral deficiencies. A personal record of the findings are provided as well as guidance on how to eliminate potentially problematic foods from the diet for a period of time, alternatives that can be consumed and how to re-introduce foods again when the body is ready.

Food intolerances can occur at various times throughout your lifetime. They can be triggered by periods of stress, dramatic life changes such as redundancy or loss of a loved one, illnesses, medications, diets high in sugars or processed foods or an unhealthy gut. The aim is to remove the toxins, improve gut bacteria and tolerate the problematic foods again.
I test adults and children (but not babies) and discounts are available for families.

Not 1, not 2 but 3 lots of positive feedback today alone from happy clients having recently been tested. These range from clearing eczema, skin rashes and gut issues.

Proof that using an elimation diet after identifying potentially problematic foods works even when numerous visits to the doctors and blood tests haven't been successful!

Love this job and hearing how what I do can have such a positive impact on people's lives 💕
